Project Description:
The search to provide clear correlation between breast cancer and protein biomarkers were elicited in this project. Hereby, we annotated five proteins, namely BRCA2, BCAR1, BCAR3, BCAR4, and BRMS1, that could possibly play a dominant role in the progression of breast cancer mechanism. Studies on the relation between gene and disease ontologies of those proteins have been established as well.
